Search Intelligence

Search intelligence is the analysis behind SEO decisions: what people search for, who currently wins those results, and where your site can realistically gain ground.

The questions it answers

Most SEO plans fail by working on the wrong things. Search intelligence starts with the data, so effort goes where demand and opportunity overlap.

  • Which topics have real demand among the people you sell to?
  • Which competitors own those results, and why?
  • Where do search results now include AI answers, video or other features that change the opportunity?
  • Which of your pages are close to breaking through, and which are losing ground?
  • How often do AI platforms cite or recommend your brand compared with competitors, and is what they say accurate?

Data and method

Analysis draws on Google Search Console and GA4, keyword and SERP data, site crawls and competitor visibility. Custom Python tools handle the heavy lifting: entity extraction, semantic similarity scoring, clustering large keyword sets, grouping pages by intent and tracking share of voice over time. That leaves more time for interpretation.

The output is a short list of opportunities ranked by likely impact and effort, with the evidence behind each one.

Each opportunity comes with the evidence behind it, so you can see why it is on the list.
